香草紅椒炒牛肉
Red bell pepper fried with sliced beef and mushrooms in herbs
材料:
1. 紅椒 1隻
2. 茶樹菇半碗
3. 牛肉120克
調味:
1. 意大利香草 適量
2. 麻油 適量
3. 鹽 少許
做法:
- 紅椒切開成半,去籽,切成條狀備用
- 將牛肉切成條狀,加入香草及麻油混合,醃10分鐘
- 加入少量油入鑊中,燒熱後加入牛肉炒拌,再倒入茶樹菇炒至半熟
- 最後加入切條的紅椒,炒至軟身,加入少量鹽調味即成
